Some processes are designed to be played in the background and do not require being attended to for effectiveness.
Other processes are partially effective when played in the background and are best attended to.
Location Repair and Spirit Repair are designed to be fully effective in the background.
Although Location Repair and Spirit Repair do not require being listened to, many people enjoy listening to them.
Psychological Repair can be played in the background for a psychological boost and can also be listened to for help with decisions or intuitive guidance.
